(1) The standards regarding the transportation and quality of animals, animal products, biological materials, animal products and fish meal shall be as determined by the technical committee formed under the chairmanship of the director general of the department.
(2) In the committee as per sub-rule (1), the relevant division and branch heads and other subject experts designated by the Director General will be members.
